We provide the legal infrastructure necessary to protect intellectual property, manage commercial licensing, and ensure professional standards across all studio operations.
SECTION I - Rights & Licensing Management
Medyve Studios serves as the primary custodian for all Intellectual Property (IP) produced by Victor Zee. Our division is responsible for:
Copyright Enforcement: Active monitoring of global digital platforms to prevent the unauthorized use of masters and compositions.
Commercial Licensing: Issuance of formal Non-Exclusive and Unlimited license agreements.
Content ID & Whitelisting: Managing the "SoundCloud for Artists" Rights Manager and YouTube Content ID systems. We ensure that all licensed creators are whitelisted to avoid automated takedowns.
Retroactive Clearance: Processing settlement offers for unauthorized releases to bring them into legal compliance.
SECTION II - Business & Project Administration
All commercial transactions and service deliveries are governed by Medyve Studios protocols to ensure client security and project integrity.
Financial Settlement: All invoicing for Mixing, Mastering, and Recording sessions is processed through Medyve Studios.
File Integrity: We maintain a secure 30-day archive of all session stems and raw recordings.
Work-for-Hire Agreements: We oversee the contractual side of all custom production and engineering services, ensuring clear ownership terms for all parties.
SECTION III - Technical Oversight
Medyve Studios manages the scheduling and technical requirements for the Victor Zee digital services.
Engineering Standards: We guarantee a 72-hour turnaround on Mixing and Mastering bundles (€39.99/track), provided all "Dry Stem" delivery requirements are met by the client.
Digital Tapes: Our Archive Collection (Digital Tapes) is managed exclusively for listening purposes. These works are non-licensable assets held within the Medyve permanent collection.
📋 Terms of Service (Summary)
By engaging in services with Victor Zee, you agree to the following Medyve Studios mandates:
Credit Requirement: All releases must credit "Produced by Victor Zee." in all metadata and liner notes.
Revision Policy: Mixing services include unlimited revisions for 7 days following the initial delivery.
Usage Limits: Unauthorized use of any Victor Zee production without a valid Medyve Studios license will result in immediate DMCA action.
