1.Damaged or Misprinted Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we’ve got you covered.
2.Packages Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows the package was sent but it never arrived
3.Buyer’s Remorse & Size Exchanges: Because each product is uniquely manufactured for your order:
4.Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Shipments Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
5.EU Consumer Notice (Right of Withdrawal): As per Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day "Right of Withdrawal" does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Since all Victor Zee merchandise is printed on-demand based on your specific order, all sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged.
6.Service Cancellation: Once the producer has begun work on your project, no refunds will be issued. If you wish to cancel before work has started, a 20% administrative fee will be deducted from your refund.
