Medyve Studios — Collaboration Terms of Service

1. Project Scope & Concept Priority

Collaborations are concept-driven, structured around full project vision, and require a minimum body of work of an EP (minimum 4 tracks); larger project scopes receive priority, better deal terms, and dedicated production depth.

2. Exclusive Production Grant

All compositions provided for the project are issued under an Exclusive License from Medyve Studios, guaranteeing full authenticity and ensuring no instrumental in the project will ever be recycled, re-licensed, or featured on another release.

3. Split & Ownership Agreements

Composition royalties, recording royalties, publishing shares, and master ownership splits must be mutually agreed upon prior to project commencement and formally executed in writing.

4. Tiered & Negotiated Rates

Production fees and beat costs are assessed individually per project based on scale, technical scope, and overall vision, with rates open to direct negotiation.

5. Custom Composition Requests

If a desired sound or aesthetic is not present in the current catalog, custom production can be commissioned upon direct outreach and consultation.

6. Network Expansion & Guest Features

Medyve Studios encourages creative synergy and actively supports the inclusion of featured vocalists, instrumentalists, and guest artists to expand the reach and artistic depth of the project.

7. Vetting, Respect & Mutual Fit

Collaborations are distinct from standard beat leasing and require mutual artistic respect; Medyve Studios reserves the right to review an artist's prior discography to verify stylistic alignment before agreeing to a project, prioritizing tailored art over commercial "type beats."

8. Inquiry & Onboarding Process

Artists who connect with the production style and wish to initiate formal business discussions must submit an official inquiry form with their preferred contact information to receive an prompt follow-up.
